Horrible service, ordered online for drive thru pick up and was told to come in to pick it up, They hadn’t started my order even though I ordered online 20 mins prior. I didn’t get my full order even though I paid for it. One of the employees came in right after me immediately after smoking a cigarette right in front of the front door. He then immediately started preparing food without washing his hands. My friend said his breakfast burrito was the worst thing he’s ever tasted. The service was horrible, whole place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Never going back to this location.

Don’t come in the morning expecting anything but rude remarks from employees working drive-thru. Came in around 9am for a whopper with no line but was met with rude attitude bc the “boiler hasn’t been on” and it would take 30 mins for one sandwich, i understand but there’s no need to be rude. If she didn’t wanna make it just say that or quit and management hire employees that will work.

Two staff members cooking one running the drive-thru and counter till. One person wandering around the whole store visiting, I will give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was on break. Six customers and we waited 20 minutes at the counter. Maybe just a bad moment?
