Ordered 6 soft serve ice cream cones. Waited in such a long line. When I watch the car I front of me get 1 bag and a small drink for a 15-20 min wait. This place really has to reevaluate their help.

Had an interesting experience on a holiday. The drive thru was empty after I got off work around 11:30. I ordered 2 whopper Jr’s with cheese, fry and a shake. Got told their shake machine was down and settled for a coke. Waited at the window for over 15 mins.

I was happy when this burger king opened, however I am reconsidering ever going there again. I just made an online order to pickup in the drive thru, like I had done numerous times before. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was asked to wait, due to a big order that came in. After waiting 5-10 minutes, they asked me about my order. I told them I had pick up orders. They told me I had to come in so it didn’t show on their time. I said ok, then went in. As I was walking in to an empty, but 1 person, dining room, the 1 vehicle in the drive thru left. I got my orders and asked why I had to come in, since I never had to before. The manager proceeded to tell me, “when they are really busy during dinner rush all online orders must come inside to pick up. When I questioned, since there was 1 person eating and no one else inside or outside, one employee threw up his hands and walked away and the manager was very rude and told me to call the owner to complian. It was interesting that they said they were so busy, but every employee behind the counter could walk up to the counter to stare at my chest during this interaction and every employee came outside to watch me drive away. I don’t understand the entire interaction. There is no customer service here. I shouldn’t be treated as an inconvenience because I am a customer and you had to perform your job duties. I don’t think I will ever be back again. Horrible place to go.

I love Burger King! Every location I go in is clean, the service is fast, and even when they’re short staffed the staff is polite and respectful. This location was no different, stopped in for lunch and it was very clean, the service was fast, and they were very nice to me. I have yet to come across a bad Burger King.

4/5 times we have taken our kids to the play place there, they have gotten deathly ILL. Like ICU, thousands of dollars in hospital bills ill. I highly doubt they clean the play place and if they do, it seems very probable that they clean with dirty toilet water. Don’t take the risk and never take your children here.

I realize COVID-19 has impacted even the largest organizations globally. This rating is not a reflection of those issues, as I understand businesses are doing all they can to combat those challenges. Nevertheless, our experience was somewhat disappointing. The place was beautifully recently renovated, but whoever’s in charge of cleaning is not using the products the way they are to be used. White gross streaks were found on everything. Although the place was clean, you wouldn’t know it with those streaks all over. Also, our buns were so stale, not fresh at all. When we visited, no one else was in the lobby. When our order was ready, we had to get up out of our seats and grab the food. In ANY other case, it wouldn’t have bothered me but when it’s clear it’s a sloooow night and they had nothing better to do, it bothered me they they couldnt walk 10 feet to serve the ONLY customer in the place. Some positives .. the building itself was really impressive.. new, fresh and very chic. A even better positive .. it only cost us $28 bucks to feed a family of 6 ! I felt that deserved an extra star.
