Went by Burger King today on 2nd Street in Ogden. Ordered a few whoppers and some fries. Very disatisfied….. On one of the Whoppers it had so much ketchup that it looked like the entire burger was bleeding, on another Whopper the bottom bun was burnt blacker than the asphalt on the street and looks like it had been run over with a steamroller. If I wanted a mouthful of ketchup and burnt bread I could have eaten at home. Please see attached photos

And when you finally get to the window, the kids are still standing around and don’t acknowledge you. I ordered 2 Bacon Double cheese ($1.69) as said on the menu. I thought that was good. Then the manager (A very opinionated & rude Hispanic woman) refused to give it to me at that price. They said I was wrong & the sign did not say that price. I thought maybe I was & just paid the extra. Then I took this pic & went inside. I waited about 10 min to show them, so they could make it right. While waiting the manager ran out to the sign & changed the prices. Then tried telling me again, that I was wrong. “The sign is correct” she said. Then I showed her the pic. Still she refused to honor the price. She said if I want that price, then she will exchange my burgers for the basic ones. Then refund the difference. MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I used to frequent this store. NEVER again. She’s lucky I didn’t call my lawyers.

When I got home and my friend and I began eating our meal it became apparent to us that we had been given hours old chicken fries. Literally every chicken fry was dried out, hard, barely warm and totally inedible. If you’re going to take forever preparing my order I expect it to be made fresh, not made 5 hours ago. This is the second horrible experience with this particular Burger King so my family will not be giving them our business going forward.

Went through the drive-through and had to pull around and go in side because they only gave me half my order it’s sad that a business can make a mistake like that .That you only get half of what you pay for !! They have one job taking your order and giving you what you pay for and they can’t even get that right

Its the closets BK to my house. Unfortunately its not a location I will ever be returning to. Ill go down to the one on 12th street instead. Filthy dining room, burnt chicken and cold stale fries.
