No issue with the employees, went through for a chicken junior and a small Sprite. The chicken sandwich looked old and the Sprite had dirt in it. I went back and got a different drink a lemonade and I opened it up and it had a fly in it. Won’t go back.

Drive thru speaker not the best had troubles hearing me. Worst part is this is one of the slowest drive-thrus I have witnessed and is not the first time. Not sure what is going on in there but todays wait was 10 minutes. Just aweful!! There needs to have some serious damage control in there.

This location went downhill quickly during covid and never recovered. Their workers don’t even know how to use the credit card machines. Cash only if you’re rolling the dice here! Or visit any of the more modern fast food places that sprung up nearby instead.

Brenda is terrible at taking orders and is incredibly rude when asked to fix a mistake she made. She was accusing us of lying and wanting to steal. Once we showed her proof of her mistake all she did was deflect the error onto a young man on staff. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of Steve, who was actually very helpful. I’ve also submitted an experience survey to corporate.

The cheeseburger is seeming to get smaller and smaller. The chicken nuggets were the bright spot. Good flavor and only $1 for a 10piece. The fries were cold after a 3min drive home. The spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and the lettuce was brown. Very disappointing.
