To the person that made my whopper this morning. I just want to thank them . My whopper was perfectly made and just how I like it. You know how long it’s been that I’ve gotten a whopper like this. Usually I ask for extra mayo and extra ketchup and they throw a glob of each and over do it and it’s messy and nasty. But let’s just take a min to appreciate a picture of my whopper I got this morning ( 8/24 9:30ish ) lol 🙂

Avoid this Burger King like you would a deadly plague. The employees are rude, indecisive, and or slow. Our order took approximately 15 minutes to process. We ate there at around 2:00 p.m. no other customers were ahead of us. Managers were having discipline-like conversations with their employees out in the open instead of back in an office. One employee yelled at and swore at me. He also yelled at other customers who had come in later. One employee use the bathroom while I was in there and didn’t wash his hands.

Absolutely just the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I saw all of the employees just standing outside smoking weed INCLUDING the store manager. Just shut the place down. They handed my order to the wrong person, and had to wait again until they remade the order. How is it this bad?

It’s mind-boggling to me that I was charged an extra $2 to add a single slice of cheese to a whopper. This location is notorious for poor service and opting not to reply to voicemails and reviews. I guess they have to do something to keep the doors open. I won’t be going back there though.

My GM bought me lunch today. She bought 2 order of funnel sticks. When I and my GM tired it for the first time. We had this burning and itchy sensation in our throat. We noticed it had black little flakes. It look like pepper. I call the store I asked to speak with the GM because she did not know what to say or even cared. She said she he was not there and he will not be there anytime soon. Her name is Tanisha assistant manager on duty. Worst customer service I had. She didn’t care at all. It is scary that a “manager” is not aware of what they put in our food or cares for her customers.
