Ordered a kids nugget happy meal and literally waited 21min till I got to the window,with ONLY 1 car in front of me. And he was looking frustrated. They finally handed him 1 small bag, he took off. I got to the window and I waited another 25min till I got the one 6piece happy meal. The 2 workers were in the back and another in the lobby talking on the inside.

So, this is my go to location, because the one closer is pretty awful service-wise. We got raw burgers that were half cooked after waiting forever, despite ordering on the app. But I digress… This location… The staff is nice, but they mess up our Impossible Whoppers regularly but putting mayo on them when asked to omit it. Last time not only did they add mayo, but CHEESE, which obviously a vegan can’t eat. They also left the bacon off the bacon burger. (We’ve got a mixed diet family). I’ll continue to go here because of the Impossible Whopper, but one never knows if the order will be accurate or not.

The younger gentleman at the drive threw window, was severely rude to my wife. She repeatedly ask for dipping sauce, at first he gave her none when a specific amount witch was not unreasonable considering the amount of food we purchased . She felt she had to beg for more as he continuously gave her attitude. I understand we all had first jobs, but when I went threw the drive threw shortly after ,he laughed when I let him know that it was not apriciated how she was treated.

Update: we did a to go order Saturday July 15th. We are so impressed with this location. Slow afternoon and they were literally under the tables scrubbing. When my husband asked why, the kid doing the scrubbing said that the managers said it was time for a deep clean. The kid told my husband it does need to be done while they continued scrubbing away. So few places keep the visible clean let alone the seldom if ever seen parts.
