I should’ve looked at the reviews for this location before I ordered. One of the worst customer service I have encountered. I repeated my order 3x and they still managed to get it wrong. I also ask for sauce twice and they did not add any in my bag. So I decided to go inside for the sauces and explained i repeatedly asked but did not receive them. (Holding my hand out and said please) The lady with the heavy amount of blush and thick caterpillar-like brows just tossed them on the counter instead of just handing them. Unprofessional and rude staff. Do not recommend this location.

Was down with Chinese wu flu for days. Finally got an appetite, and my wife got me a whopper with cheese. Figures these lowest of the low as far as intelligence gave me an old burger. The bottom bun was shriveled, and it tasted bad. Was so thin, too. They used to be juicy and fat fuĺl of goodness. Not anymore, I guess.

Drive through order. Got home to find a chunk of plastic sheet in one of our burgers presumably from the cheese. Drove all the way back with the food only for them to offer a partial refund. Waste given the rest of our group wasn’t too eager to eat given the garbage found in the food.
