Impressive location. This place is spotless. Brian greeted us. Quickly took our order. And while waiting for the fries to cook he even went and cleaned the soda fountain. There was a stack of crowns for the kids too. The food was hot and fresh. The fancy soda machine was fun. The interior is very new. Love the decor. Super current w big tv too. Even the garbage cans were clean. Great job Brian. When we left he even said goodby. Parking was easy. Fixation was convenient. Overall great place.

Drive thru person was polite, which is why I rated the service high…the food however, is a different story. With the price of fast food being so high these days, I was excited to see BK had a deal on chicken nuggets. Went to get the 8 nuggets for $2 deal, and what I got was a bag of hideously overcooked / rock hard chunks that may have resembled nuggets at some point in time…but these were too far gone and completely inedible. Lesson learned…you get what you pay for.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff are always awesome to have at any fast food restaurant. I just don’t goto burger king cuz the burgers suck. They have zero flavor on their own. They are just texture, and not even that good. They look as if they are boiled rather then broiled. Just disappointed everytime. But the chicken fries are alright.

I’m 60 years old. I’ve been eating breakfast at Burger King on a semi realgar basis for 30 years. The Burger King on 2865 E. Ocotillo has always had fairly good service…. until today. Today was bad enough that I changed my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. It began simple enough. I ordered my usual, a #1 breakfast, at the drive thru. As I drove away with my food, I grabbed a hash brown to pop into my mouth. I noticed that instead of the golden tan color it usually is, it looked more like a really dark brownish tan – like wet sand. When I bit into it, it was hard and so crunchy that there was nothing left to the inside of it. Definitely burnt to the point of being impossible to enjoy. I’ve seen them well done before. This was burnt, no question about it.

Avoid this specific location, they are perpetually out of items (today it was spicy chicken fries and sweet tea), out of the last 4 visits over the course of a few months they were out of something every time. Additionally they can’t run the Happy Eats gift cards that you buy at the Fry’s grocery next store. Lastly they are chronically understaffed. They should shut down this location and put something else here.

The food was cold and nasty employees in the Drive-Thru we’re very rude when my wife asked for some ketchup. she rolled her eyes and gave us 2 packages for two large fries and four Whoppers then our drinks were bad we were trying to get their attention knocking on the glass and honking her horn but we were just ignored went to the front door which was locked during business hours meanwhile the employee remain on his phone had to go pull through the drive-thru again tell them on the intercom what the problem was (that was the only way they would even acknowledge our presence) drove up to him and they fix the problem with the drinks overall was a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anybody…

This is a horrible place! Burger King has been declining for years and this is one of the worst stores. I recently went there and walked out without buying anything. I have been seeing their ad for the 5 dollar meal a million times so I stopped in to try it. I was told by the girl at the register that since they were a franchise they did not have that 5 dollar deal. Apparently they had it for 6 dollars but without a sandwich selection. You could get it with their substitute only which wasn’t worth it and ridiculous! Even their tiny burgers which not all that long ago were a buck are now 239.00 ! Thanks but no thanks there are many more options of places to go who don’t gauge you on prices and give you poor food. Don’t waste your time there!

Pure nastiness. I know I don’t like Burger King. But I want some breakfast and BK is the only thing in the way. I see they have a new Waffle breakfast sandwich. The picture looks ok. So I buy it. Can even eat this. Smells like grease, tastes even worse.

Pulled into the drive thru and ordered the Italian classic chicken meal. Kid taking the order didn’t hear the meal part. When I asked for my drink he was gonna charge me for it till I had to tell him again it was a meal. Fries were hot, sandwich unknown cause I couldn’t eat it in the car. Drink was a joke. Most watered down coke I’ve had in a long time. Would call the number about quality on the receipt except, to no surprise, no receipt. Who ever is in charge of this place really needs to do something based on all the negative reviews.
