Are you Kidding? I should have known after you served me Black onion rings that the Nuggets would suck, the burgers would be burnt and the chicken fries were clearly old and clearly not edible. And two of them are a half a piece. NOT EVEN WHOLE AND BURNT. Wow.!!

I came to this location to grab my first meal at 1030 am. When I pulled to the speaker a lady came on and said “you can let us know when your ready” no hello no greeting at all. I ordered my food pulled up to the window was told my total and asked if there was anything else I wanted. I paid and said no. I’m driving I’m eating and I noticed the fries are ridiculously salty like they refried them and added a container of salt on them. Then as I’m finishing my impossible burger I notice a hair and spit everything out. The service here is careless. They don’t want to be at work , it seems like they hate their jobs. It’s unfortunate you work at Burger King that the most you’ve been able to amount to as a 30+ yo but don’t take it out on innocent customers. We didn’t choose this life for you why go out of your way to be rude not care how the good taste and just straight health code violations.

I’ve been to this location a few times over the years. I imagine it has something to do with understaffing the restaurant but the service here is terrible. Burger King offered me a free Whoppers so I figured I would see if this place had changed since I hadn’t been here in so many years. After 10 minutes of standing at the counter and being ignored by the staff I finally started waving my arms around a flag one down. She let me know that she’d be with me in a little bit after 15 minutes that was just too long no matter how free the sandwich was. Good chance I will never be a paying customer here and if you’re in a hurry I suggest you find somewhere else to eat anywhere else to eat.

Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for 2 wraps I wanted to try out. It took until an employee asked me what I was waiting for, for my order to be completed, they grabbed wraps that were sitting under the heater the entire time meanwhile watching every other person get their food after they ordered after me.

My wife and I saw the commercials for the new “Royal” chicken sandwiches and decided to try them out. It was about $27 for two medium meals and a rodeo cheeseburger. In my opinion this is reaching beyond fast food and into actual restaurant pricing, which is fine if the quality is there, but it was definitely not.

Outstanding!! I ordered a low carb Impossible Burger. Delicious!! They provided fork, knife, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard on the side do you can build what you want to eat. I truly enjoyed eating this and will be back again!

The employees are nice but with the introduction of the screens you have to ring your order up on, it’s so impersonal and they might as well just let us make the food our selves. I’m not a huge fan of this company going woke and shoving it down our throats either.

I would give it a 0 but here we go, went to dine in, they have the new touch screen order stations, I tried 3 of them, I must not have a pulse because they did not work or had very long delays, the workers would pass by never acknowledged us or offered any assistance, they actually went out of their way not to make eye contact with us, I stood at the front cashier desk for about 4 minutes and still no help, they would pass in front of us as if we were invisible. They have the same ordering screens all over Europe , with the difference that they work, and if they don’t work there is someone to assist, these people at BK agave no manners or they did not want to help because we are Hispanic, I didn’t see any Hispanics preparing food, that’s the only thing I can think of. It’s ok I went to dilly’s dely, super friendly staff and great food, I wasn’t going to have people that are rude and ignore us prepare our meal
