i normally don’t give feedback but this girl working the window today 3/4 4:00pm was the rudest i have ever dealt with . there was no one in front of me or behind and i ordered a bk stacked and when i changed my mind to the whopper she signed and said are you sure that’s what you want . i got to the window and she did ask how my day was . i paid for my order and she asked to park in the front they were waiting for whopper pattie’s . i said ok no worries i parked for 10 minutes and i walked in to ask about my order . she then started walking out and i said can i give you a suggestion and before i could speak she said loudly here’s your order nice and fresh . i politely said miss im trying to give you a suggestion and raised her voice said bye have a nice day . very unprofessional!!!!! i was trying to give a suggestion maybe next time let someone know they have to wait 10 minutes for the meat in case there in a hurry and like myself i was and would have ordered something different. what is her deal these fast food workers want more money and she is a reason that shouldn’t happen

Had to pay with order with food stamps, employee in the window claimed to not be able to take the ebt because the wifi was down (weird) and asked me if I had any other payment. If I tried paying with ebt it’s because I didn’t have anything else duh, turned me down altogether and opted to throw the order she had already prepared instead. I live in Scottsdale, and go to a lot of restaurants but I have never been to a Burger King as friendly as this one. They also have very clean bathrooms and they keep them locked which I’m okay with. Everybody {3 people} there told me to have a nice day on my way out the door and thanked me for my patronage. I wish they had this type of customer service in Scottsdale. Thank you.
