I ordered the royal chicken combo, chicken nuggets, fries, and whopper combo. I was the only person in the drive thru but still waited for almost 10 minutes thinking my order would be fresh. Came home and saw the chicken sandwich looked as if it had been sitting out, the fries were burnt, and whooper was cold. I used my debit card to pay almost 30$ for this disappointing meal. Realized the employee never gave me a receipt as I thought she put it in the bag. I’ve been calling the restaurant for the past hour and left a voicemail. Really would like a refund

They say there’s no such thing as I in team but I’m sorry I beg to differ because outside of the work the kitchen provides I see this guy working hard every single time I come not sometimes but every single time that I come he’s always busy when I visit the location so I never get a chance to stop him and find out what his name is but if you’ve ever been there is a African American guy with the do-rag just yesterday I overheard a conversation he was having with the employees where he mentioned too many unhappy experiences start to affect the sales of the restaurant the older Hispanic lady I’m assuming runs the restaurant does an okay job but it’s that man that changes my experience of the restaurant there’s been times where I walked in and heard her yelling and screaming at her employees you can say what you want about this man but he’s not only excellent at what he does he’s very intelligent as well and in my opinion he does put the I in team keep up the good work whoever you are man cuz they definitely need you

I usually avoid coming to this one because the area isn’t great and I usually visit at night… but the staff is always amazing! My order is always correct, fresh, and done in a timely manner considering they are usually busy. It’s also nice that they always have everything in stock. Definitely going to just make this my go-to location. Night staff deserves a raise!

I went for just 2 ITEMS and they STILL managed to get it wrong. Whopper no ONIONS and small fries and they gave me what it seems extra onion. Total was 9.90$ Not only she did not give me a receipt with my 10cent change, the girl in the drive through had a Stanky attitude 6/22 8:30ish. Tried calling and no answer

The app is pointless. I ordered my food and went to the restaurant 20 minutes later. They didn’t start the food until I got there. They said corporate rules. I ordered die root beer. Didn’t know they were out until I got there. I got stuck drinking brown soda water.

It’s pretty much an ongoing issue at this point. My family asked why I don’t want to go there anymore even though it’s always been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was a kid. I told them because I’m sick and tired of soggy moist food. It cost so much for fast food these days and it’s never even right anymore. The lady looked at my bag and said that’s way too heavy I wonder why she put all the food into one bag. Then she asked if I would like another bag why not take it back and rebag it yourself if you knew it was too heavy. I also then said it’s fine is everything in there and she said yes for sure. Just to get home and it not so then my daughter has no food my wife has to go back now half of us are eating and the other half are not and we cannot enjoy the movie together eating our food. My fries were only half full which is usual with this place. I’m also wondering why I get stopped at the drive-thru with a stick so I have to stop because they’re so worried about their times instead of worrying about making their customers orders correct. Here’s an idea work faster.

Went on my lunch time craving a fresh burger and they didnt have any burgers available, what a let down, they could B courtious and give out vouchers for the inconviniance but Noooo as soon as you walk in someone yells out to you saying “We Dont have any burgers, are grills are down, Uuumm OK wheres the sign on the doors or drive thru, Nothing but a yell to the face .
