Although they don’t have much in the way of staff, and the store is very small, they make sure you get your food hot and fresh. The staff are friendly, and let you know when you’ll have a wait for your food. I love this location, and it’s staff. I often go into Walmart for everything from groceries to random shopping trips and I always stop by for a snack. Going shopping for food is a lot easier when you aren’t hungry while doing it.

Too funny! So at 2:30 pm they are all out of lettuce to put on my Whopper? So I half jokingly said “well go get some more lettuce!” This BK is inside a Walmart super center. I could literally see lettuce less than 50 feet away. But no? She wasn’t allowed to go buy any more lettuce . They were going to actually wait until the next day delivery to get anymore lettuce .

I am not a big Burger King fan these days. The customer service has really fallen at BKs across the country.. BUT from my experience so far: I have gone to this one several times recently and the staff here has always been polite and hard working. The store is clean for as constantly busy as they are. The manager is entertaining. He does all of his work and comes out to assist his employees in their work. He has no problem getting his hands dirty. He is consistently polite to customers and upbeat. He even sings while cleaning at times.

With one car in front of me (who ordered 1 meal) I was still parked and waited over 10 minutes for my whopper only pickle and large fry. 2 managers walked out if the store after the employees parked me and the guy in front if me and just sat in their car the entire time we were waiting. Even after waiting 10 minutes my order was still wrong. The employees inside were very nice, just very unorganized and clearly needed at least one of those managers inside helping.

Horrible , lazy , no proactive coworkers . Teamwork is not performed affectively . There’s alot of favoritism . Dishonest General Manager who doesn’t inform new employees on proper clock in procedures. Not a bad workspace just needs a little work Employees need to focus more and not base termination protocols off emotional intent and be logical!

I had been wanting a Whopper for several days. I had to repeat my order multiple times and was told it was correct however, when I got home our order not only was incorrect, but the food was awful. With the prices you charge and economy the way it is, you would think your employee’s would provide better and correct servic. This isn’t rocket science! And to have a customer pull out of the drive thru so you can have your speed of service up is ridiculous. We parked and the employee came right out with our food? So why did we have to move out of the drive thru? There was no one even behind us. DO BETTER BURGER KING!

I have only ordered from this location very few time and haven’t used the app to order since November from any location because it took a month to refund me. My wife and I were shopping at Walmart and placed our order while shopping. I get up there and the manager said that didn’t have enough patties to make my order and was the rudest manager from any company that I have ever dealt with not surprised since everytime time I have ordered there most of the cashiers don’t say a word to me unless they call the number of my order. I highly recommend this location be shutdown until you staff it with people that actually know what customer service is supposed to be!

This place is a joke… Luckily i was here for Walmart and not for Burger King.. If i said it once.. Ill say it again… Customer Service is Key to giving a customer a great experience.. Unfortunately I didnt get that while i was here… So that have a special for buy one get the second for a dollar.. What a deal right?? Well i ended paying for 2 sandwiches at regular price.. After looking at my reciept.. I told the cashier and pointed to their sign that said it… And flat out told me ” thats not how it works”… And then just walked away… Unbelievable!!!! For that spoiled my experience…
