I am rather disappointed, I was about to give this BK a 5 star rating after several stellar visits at this newest of BK’s to Albuquerque. Great friendly staff & good food – actually better than most. On this visit they were rather busy and after waiting almost 10 minutes in drive thru they had completely forgotten about my order. Wasn’t in the system at all. Without apology they asked me to park the car while my food was finally cooking. I wound up waiting another 10 minutes in a hot car with finally an apology. The staff could have saved the situation by offering at least a cold drink, water or a free side for all my trouble. Complete failure by the team that day (8/9/19 @11:24am). I still give it 3 stars due to the food quality and the previous good service. We’ll see if this crew can equal the others and get some “star” credit back.

Went inside to ask if they still had the ghost pepper whopper. They never greeted me just stood in front of the register (I believe it was the manager) They said yes they have the whopper so I ordered it. Took them like 15 minutes just for that sandwich and a plain hamburger. I also didn’t get my receipt which I didn’t think I would need. The lobby was a mess… trash everywhere… Burger King please change the manager

This is the worst Burger King that I’ve ever been to. A while back I was working for DoorDash and got an order form this Burger King location. I walk into the establishment and let the manager know the name of the order. I waited for at least 20 minutes while other Grub Hub/Doordash orders were being picked up by other people and that’s when I asked how much longer the wait will be for my order. Mind you, I was very polite. The manager then starts getting rude and insulting saying that “you’re only a door dasher, why don’t you go get a real job”.
