Terrible first impression. 20 minute drive-thru with four cars ahead of me. Gave me a wrap instead of a sandwich. Got both in the end. Gave me a very small, sad amount of lettuce and a few drops of honey mustard. Also asked for no tomatoes. Cashier doesn’t understand ‘less ice.’ I’m embarrassed that I spent $11.20 on a total let-down. Friendly 2nd window host, though.

This location just opened up and the food was delicious and the service was very friendly! Come on people, don’t get mad just because they’re a little slow and make some minor mistakes. This location is literally brand new and almost every business starts off with making mistakes and being slow after recently opening, but that’s not a bad thing and that’s perfectly understandable. They forgot one of our items, but they were very happy and nice about fixing their mistake. It’s near our neighborhood, so we will definitely go back and I highly recommend other people to check out this location as well. 🙂

A big fat 0 for customer service!! For this establishment to barely open it has Terrible customer service from the management she is very rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs more training! Thank you god for her good hard working employees!
