I love this Burger King. It’s the one they’ve constantly updated to be with the times, instead of converting to a Chinese restaurant that went out of business. They’re always quick and efficient, and for the most part economical. Lately though, with inflation, even the Whopper feels like a whopper in the wallet. Oh well…still gonna get it my way

Management is equally as rude as there employees. I wasn’t given my kids drinks and when I asked for them I was given dirty looks from both the dine in staff and drive thru. Later I needed sauce had ask for Buffalo but was given ranch by on shift shift leader with attitude. I used to work for fast food but this was by far horrible service and the restaurant was a complete mess l. I hope they improve soon cause I wasn’t the only costumer upset

Manager is RUDE ! Coming to here to eat after church and we get treated rudely by the manager, who’s on a power trip! It seems. Ugly looks, eye rolls, not wanting to answer questions. Asked her for napkins cause they took them away from the soda area. She acts like she can’t hear.

Standard BK menu, no complaints or anything spectacular about the food. Very clean inside with great A/C. Great conditioned play area for the kids with tables inside so you can keep an eye on them.

I ordered a Jr. Breakfast burrito, the lady asked if it was okay that it came with hashbrowns and spicy sauce inside, I replied no sauce please (I have a very low spice tolerance). Only to get my burrito and have it filled with sauce and they didn’t fold it so it was coming apart in my hands and everything was falling out of it. I was really disappointed, I really wanted a good burrito.

New worker got our order wrong, and it was some how our falt, when being handed it by another worker. Man who has been working there a long time, that wears all black like a manager. Was Ignoring my kids asking for a refill, cause I went to take my other child the bathroom and I saw him standing there, behind the wall, we made eye contact. And he still chose to ignore him, as my son said “hello anyone there, can I have a refill”. Place is Infected with flies, hard to eat peacefully. If it wasn’t for the playground indoors. We definitely wouldn’t come to this location

I have had a very good experience with this burgerking until now.. I wanted bacon and cheese on my whoppers and yes i know they charge extra even though they told me thats fine but when you tell me its extra and then don’t put the bacon or cheese on them and i call to tell let them know and they tell me bring them back and we will get you new ones but when i get there i need to go in the lobby and i explain i can’t i have really bad arthritis in my knees so she gets her manager and she comes at me really rude and says i said you need to go through the lobby.. I told her the same about my arthritis and said this is not my fault… So she’s says go park we will take the new one’s but it took them 20 min to get me new one’s and no one is here…

I was MORE than DISAPPOINTED at my experience at the drive thru on Main & Madrid. I was and still am ANGRY. I pull into the left lane drive thru. I was asked to wait a minute. No problem, I understand. Then, in the right lane, 2 other cars pull in, order and go to the window WHILE I WAS STILL SITTING THERE WAITING for the girl to get back to me. She never did. I just drove up to the window, express my reason for being upset. No apology, nothing out of her. And, the coworkers were giggling. Maybe not about me, but still. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have never been treated so poorly.
