The staff is good, but I should have known not to stop. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and only 2 cars there, that should have told me something about the food. Had to return the food it’s like they left it out for a couple of days then gave it to me to eat. So I took it back and she gave me a( fresh) sandwich lol it tastes the same just won’t go back,

I was waiting for whoever was taking the order on the intercom for 10 minutes!!! when I kept trying to get her attention she kept saying “one second” in a sarcastic or petty tone, although I wanted to drive off I had other people to feed with me. when I got to the window she proceeded to give me attitude and handed me my things rudely. when I looked inside the bag I was missing two large fries and sauces that I asked for. I went inside and it was almost as if she intentionally didn’t give me what I payed for. she grabbed the bag with my fries and sauces and slammed it in front of me and walked off. If I could give 0 stars I would. terrible TERRIBLE customer service. this needs to get corrected considering she was an older woman that could potentially be the manger. Do better Burger King.

I ordered the breakfast special of crossaiant sandwiches, 2 for $5. The egg is paper thin, 2×3 inch slice of egg. It is like 3mm of egg, non-existent protein. If you go to other Burger Kings they give you more egg. This business is like the other food places in Clovis, they short change your food portions but big prices.

I love Burger King but in the last 3 years I’ve lived here, my boys and I have been maybe 4 times. Every time, something is not correct. The Hispanic lady always makes things right, but it should be right the first time, shouldn’t have to go back. My boys wanted BK today and I was hesitant but we went, of course my sandwich of all things was not correct and the other manager or whatever she is wants to get all defensive. Instead of trying to resolve it, she gets all rude, if she had a headset on as well then she should have heard my order loud and clear. Sad to say, my boys and I will never go back and it’s not cheap every time we go… that’s the part that makes me upset.

The night manager and the cashier was very rude . I will not return here and they were mad because we showed up and we had our kids This is our first time visiting here , if this is the way that Burger King conducts their business then maybe they should just shut down it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant I think that they need better leader ship and I think that they need to re-train their managers because the manager was letting the cashier act like that I’m a manager and I will not tolerate that with my employees

My bun was hard, so i took it in and told them it was stale they gave me a new burger with another stale bun, gave it back to them and had it handed back 30 seconds later extremely hot, you could tell it was thrown in the microwave to make it seem “softer” but as soon as it cooled down you could tell it was the same stale bread, don’t waste your money here
