First of all, shame on you Burger King for letting your employees work in a facility with no air conditioning! Especially on this hot humid day! Everyone in there was cranky. I did not feel safe at your establishment as I saw a random person go behind the register and walk into the drive-thru stall. Luckily one of your employees saw him and ushered him out but this person appeared to be a friend of one of the people working behind the counter. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in and began an argument with the drive-through person because apparently they had had a verbal altercation through the drive-thru window! I ordered a large french fry for $3.79 only to find out when it came in the to go bag, it was only half full and it was all the old fries that were on the bottom of the rack. When I asked the gentleman about replacing these, he replied angrily that I would have to wait at least 5 minutes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the honey mustard chicken sandwich and instead I got a wrap with half a piece of chicken on it please see the picture.

I asked for fresh fiery nuggets but they made them crispy and Manwella, the manager threw the money in my hand and they didn’t give me a full refund because she didn’t include the tax. THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY! If you are craving Burger King then I advise you go somewhere else.

This place is consistently BAD! If it’s not long waits because they literally help one person at a time, I mean If you are the second car in line, they will not even let you order until the first car has received food. So the line is long more often than not. There is a good possibility your order will be wrong or just made poorly! I have used this place 8 times and I can honestly say it has been ok twice. The Ann and Simmons location is worth the drive! Positvie to this one, Good location, just lacking in every other aspect. I honestly feel like it’s 2 or 3 employees inside working, someone from Burger King cooperate should look into this location.

Ordered 3 meals for inside eating, then wanted a second order for 8 breakfast burritos they have on the board for $1.99 each. They refused to sell them at that price saying they are $3.49 and blamed it on inflation. I did not place the order since they wouldn’t honor the price. Took my business to McDonald’s and paid half that price. Cavalier attitude like nothing is their problem. Not ever going back and will tell everyone this story so they won’t go either. Officially done.

This burger king has got to be the worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King considering most of the employees were all young and enjoyed lounging around on the rails and shouting to communicate with the workers in the back which was very disruptive. They all acted as if they were in their own home and made themselves more than comfortable. The fries and chicken fries were very dry and over done! I will certainly never return here ever again! This location feels ghetto the way it’s ran!

Worst burger king to go to. Every single time I come, they either miss something in my order, or it is incorrectly prepared. The drive thru wait is completely ridiculous. Almost a 30 minute wait to get out of it. I tried ordering ahead and it was still a 10 minute wait on my food after arriving a little under 5 minutes later than the expected time to ensure my food would be done. They rarely have the drinks I usually get (dr pepper and sprite) and their food looks really dark as if they need to change their oil. Please save your time and energy and DON’T come here.

These people have the store closed without any signage indicating that their dining room is closed though amongst a whole lot of vehicles. Also there were only two people on duty this is really unacceptable. I have included photos of the drive-thru the boys and located on the corner of Craig rd and Scott Robinson blvd
