Can’t give zero stars unfortunately. What a train wreck! Ordered a simple cheese burger meal and the Bacon king meal. As the result: 25 minutes wait. They did not give me a cup for my beverage. The cheeseburger was cold and the fries were soggy. When I was back for my cup, they ignored me even though there was no other customers. No ice in the ice maker. To-NOPE-AH.

The only consistently good item on the menu at BK are the onion rings and it’s over $3 for a portion that is pretty small. The chicken sandwiches cost more than the chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-a and Popeye’s and they’re nowhere near as good. I have struggled for years to figure out how this chain stays in business. Most of the locations in my home state of WA closed several years ago but in NV, it seems like they’re still building new ones. This is a testament to the poor palette of the American public. McDonald’s upsets my stomach every time I am forced to eat it due to other options but at least it tastes good initially. Subway doesn’t taste as good but it’s not terrible. Burger King & Jack in the Box tate awful AND upset my stomach. Why do people eat there?

This staff is a bunch of immature children. Showed up at 9:10, sign says open til 10. Waited at the order screen for five minutes with no answer, then went to the window only to have three seperate workers ignore us and act like they couldnt see us nor hear us honking. Three full adults and all three were deaf blind and dumb right at the same time. Next time be professional and just tell us you closed early. And i watched you all ignore the phone too. You gotta grow up some day, just not today apparently.

Extremely clean and tidy with great customer service. This Burger King is a diamond in the rough out here in the middle of nowhere. This place is located inside Chevron gas station and is the last stop for the next 4 hours until you reach Reno NV. I would highly recommend you stop in and check out all they have to offer.

Terrible. Twice in a week timespan I order a simple cheeseburger, and it’s given to me cold. The second time they (manager) gives me a heavy microwaved cheeseburger where the cheese is all over the place as if to stick me in the eye for challenging the poor standard. Twice in one week. These people need training in customer service and in how to provide burgers that are consistent with Burger Kings standard.

This is for our recent visits spanning from January to March. Whoever the cook is made me love Whoppers again hahaha. I love the customer service, whoever is running the place deserves a raise or something because who am I to boast about a fast food rest stop joint? So the workers deserve their flowers (: whoever the cook was working Saturday, March 18th at 1-2pm needs a raise or something because this is the only Burger King I will order at. Highly recommended!!!! I came here while pregnant and got a crispy chicken sandwich but the bun was making my stomach turn so my husband asked if they could just witch buns to the whopper bun with the chicken sandwich and they make me a whole new sandwich. Will definitely come back. Employees were super nice!!
