This is a kiosk only location, meaning you can’t order from a person, you have to use the touch-screen to order. It’s a sorry excuse for a well-trained worker, but the touch screen menu tree is not particularly intuitive, so it takes a second to figure out your options, transitioning that work from the company, whom you’re paying, to the customer, who is the one paying, but now has to do the work that used to be done by a human. And it’s not like they lowered the prices for them dumping that work on you. In fact it’s a lot more expensive than it used to be. And get this: they got my order wrong! Disappointed.

I have been there yesterday morning and wanted to order some food. The lady behind the counter mentioned that we had to order at the kiosk and kiosk only. It has been pretty obvious that many guests never ordered at the kiosk so the line become longer and longer …… and after a while shorter and shorter. But not due to the fact that everyone got his order in, no, everyone left and went somewhere else getting food. Unfortunately the lady behind the counter did not care, either she could not or she did not want to……Come on, if I see that people pile up get out of your comfort zone and help them, place one next to the kiosk to show them how it works and one behind the counter taking orders at the same time (at least for peak hours). Where is the PASSION for the job, where is the enthusiasm and pride working for a company like BK? (independent from that people should be always proud representing their company!!! …or look for something else) Working for a company like BK, known everywhere in the world, is not just A JOB. Show to the world/people that you care, that you love what you are doing, that you love your customers, even we are not always easy, and you will be rewarded…..by the customer with a friendly word or a smile and by the company with a raise or promotion. Do not always ask what the company is doing for you, ask first what you can do for the company.

Not a good experience. Only three of us in line, but I notice alot of sandwiches under the heat lamp. I knew what was up. Before I could even get my card out of the machine, my order was ready.

Food looks horrible. Nothing like the picture. Hopefully, burger king will reach out because you can clearly see the difference.

Absolutely the worst. Terrible service. Slow and rude workers. A never ending queue. Screaming customers outside. An ordering machine disconnected from the restaurant. Spent over

Fast food …. definitely not, slow food. Three workers, only one actually working. The others on their phones and hanging out. No one would take any orders. Had to order through a kiosk. Rude woman yelling at customers to use the kiosk. We don’t take orders! Um, okay… My order finally got finished and tasted good.

The worker was RUDE. Yelling at customers. All tables dirty and soda fountain not working. The reason? There’s not enough of us – fill your soda next door.

Overwhelmed environment — too many people trying to get into too small an area. Staff was working hard to fill orders, but patrons not paying attention to being called caused backups. International guest not familiar with BK having trouble ordering, etc just added to the confusion.

Maybe the staff changed or something but I had a very pleasant experience here at this BK. You just need to go to the self-service computer (don’t know the english term) and select your food options and pay. Then you only need to wait for the pickup. It was less tha n 10 Minutes and the food was hot and delicious. I really don’t know why this place is rated so low, maybe because the self-service automat is confusing? We saw a lot of people there just waiting to be served but it is self-service only so maybe that’s why people think the workers are rude because they won’t come and pick up your order, you gotta do it yourself. Also very cheap for airport/Las Vegas standards

How did it take 25 minutes to get a Whopper, Jr. meal? And the food was lukewarm at best. They make you order through the kiosk only… why? There were 3 employees actually working and I counted 3-4 more just standing around. This is at 530pm.
