Came to pick up an Uber eats order. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 and the dining room was locked. The sign on the door said they don’t close the dining room until 10. The drive thru line was really long and staff was rude.

Worst bk ive ever been to. Took 1/2 an hour in the drive though when there was only one car in front of me. Got to the window and sat and waited while the large black girl (no name tag) sat on her phone not doing a thing. I asked what drink was which and she rudely replied. By the time we got our food, everything was completely cold. I would rather drive farther than ever returning to this location.

Last night at 11:15 on July 30th I had the most unprofessional experience, I had ordered the new duo deal to then wait for 15 minutes with only me and another car in the drive thru. I did honk and I do admit that was provoking to an extent but after 10 minutes I’m already frustrated as well, after that there was a young man named Robert (which was the name given to me) looked at me rudely for no less then 10 seconds which is very unsettling for me, so I drove off to then call to find out the name of this employee and the manager James (he also just gave me this name) said he won’t be giving me his name and hung up on my face . At this point I felt that was very unprofessional. I call again to find out his name again and he’s cussing me out to then just give it up. He didn’t give me the corporate number nor the store number. I think these employees need to learn how to calm down hungry waiting customers instead of getting confrontational with them. To be yelled at by the manager tonight and lied too because I waited 15 minutes in a drive thru line with only me and another car is super crazy. And this is not the first time they’ve slacked at night, the owner should check those cameras and see what these employees are doing instead of making the food because they weren’t smashed with customers, very concerning.

A few weeks ago I went to this Burger King. It was 10:15 am and the dine in was closed. Only the drive thru was open and one girl was the only one there. It was the worst sausage, egg, and cheese crossant I have ever had. The French toast Sticks were hard and tasted old. Sadly I like Burger King but not going to this one ever again.

Absolute incompetence. The guy in the back is microwaving everything – I suppose he is supposed to be cooking. The female in the front can’t seem to understand she’s at WORK and stop flirting with the guy sitting in the booth in the restaurant, and the so-called “manager” is pathetic. Walking around with his head in the sand while the rest of these dips do everything but the right thing. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want some jacked up back of overheated garbage instead of ‘food’. The owner should be embarrassed.
