What can you say about Burger King… it’s pretty much the same wherever you go…. Well, maybe not. The Burger King here on Decatur seems to be a wee step above. We decided to try it …. and yeah! We were pleasantly surprised it was pretty good. Now could that have been a fluke, yeah… but I hope not! Because this meal was decent we’ll likely try it again in the near future… let’s keep our fingerscrossed it will be just as good again! If you try it let me know if it was good for you too!

Very disappointed! I drive thru this morning & ordered a double bacon, egg, cheese croissantwich. When I got home I looked at it & it only had 2 strips of bacon. I went back to the store & showed my sandwich & receipt & the girl said “yes they did make it wrong but it’s only 2 more strips of bacon”. They did remake it. I get home this time & look & now there’s 3 strips of bacon instead of the 4 that should be on there. I’m annoyed that I paid for a double & twice didn’t get it.

First impressions are everything. First-time customer waiting for the workers to finish their gossip session. The workers look at me really funny because I’m still waiting for their conversations to end so I can pay. One looks at me like, “What’s your problem?” I’m waiting for the POS system to turn on; screen displayed reboot or shutdown. Worker had no idea how to fix the issue. I placed my order for EAT IN (which is stated on my receipt). I go to the self-service fountain drink machine and return back to the counter. There’s a bag sitting there, and a worker asks, “Why are you standing here?” My response is,”I’m waiting for order 18 for here.” Worker states, “We don’t read the receipt and put everything in a bag.” She proceeds to slam the food bag on a tray and fling it my direction. Before I can start to enjoy my meal, it’s being attacked by flies. The manager on duty is watching me fan off the countless flies and laughs to start speaking in Tagalog. No ventilation, no AC, filthy environment for flies to feel comfortable eating people’s food. I won’t be returning here. They have no pride in their work or establishment.

The customer service is despicable at store 19190 in North Las Vegas (6091 N Decatur Blvd). We waited 8 mins in the drive thru to have to remind the person on the drive thru line we were still waiting because someone else pulled up, and their order was taken before ours. When we reached out again, she had the audacity to say, “what do you want?”. EVERY time we come to this BK the service is slow and sloppy. The reviews on Facebook and other outlets prove that. This was unacceptable customer service. The manager Tanner was not too inclined to help.

Whoever runs this Burger King does not know how to order supplies. Multiple times out of drinks or ranch. Customer service is ridiculous. Wait at the drive through window over 5 minutes no one even acknowledges your waiting. The drive through is three cars deep. Raising. Cain’s lines wraps around the building right next door never out of items and has multiple people assisting the drive through.

They lost 3 customers behind me in the drive thru.. families with kids trying to spend their money because of the long wait but I’m still here trying to get my original chicken sandwich.. I guess the extra revenue doesn’t mean much to a company like this.

Unfortunately there is always a long, long wait in the drive-thru, every time. Cars always just turn around and leave. Operations definitely need a revamp here as there is A LOT of revenue lost from this. Uber eats always takes forever too, from experience.
