I don’t know what happened to this Burger King but it’s got to be the worst one I’ve ever been to now. They serve stale old fries all the time. They obviously don’t read the order even when it’s right in front of them.. I was served a soggy wet burger that the patty wasn’t even cooked. They served me rock hard chicken fries that disintegrated in my fingers to dust and tastes like it’s a day or two old. Then decided to slather my double cheeseburger in mayo and pickles to the point it was soggy and wet as well.. I used to love Burger King but this is just disappointing.

Ordered a mobile order today and normally I don’t have any issues picking them up. Today I went to pick up and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. Her name was krista and she just didn’t wanna help me. I normally order food through the app to make things easier to pick up. Today she told me that they didn’t have my order even though I have the receipt in the application and it said that it should’ve been ready. I said that’s OK. I just want to get my order that I already paid for. Krista and other employees at this Burger King started to tell me that I was wrong and trying to scam them even though I literally have the receipt on my phone in the application. The manager on duty didn’t even want to help me get the food that I paid for. So I went ahead and canceled the order inside the application to get my money back and took screenshots so that we could report this to management and corporate. The employee was so rude. In fact, when I asked for her name, she said it’s not gonna help you because I’m not going to get fired. With an attitude like that, I probably won’t be going back to Burger King until this woman is fired. It’s unbelievable these low IQ Ads, worthless human beings think that they can treat pain customers in this way.

food here is OK, sometimes food isn’t hot but that’s how it goes. Service is really bad though. The dining room is closed most of the time, due to staffing shortages. the drive thru is slow, esp if some bloke up ahead has a big order! I used to like this place but not so much. If you see no one in the drive thru line, then it’s OK.
