One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Cashier was super rude and tried to argue with me and claim I didn’t pay for one of my items although I showed her my online order multiple times. She proceeded to ignore me for 5 mins while just pacing around and then she asks one of her coworkers whom upon seeing my receipt told her to give me my drink. Then she gives me the WRONG drink and has the nerve to give a loud audible sigh for her own mistake. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence so I would avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being racially profiled and getting an attitude because their employees are unable to do their jobs

They keep the restroom close all the time claiming it’s broken so they don’t have to clean it. I spoke with the manager, her name is Adriana may 10 at 3:20 PM, there was no sign in the door saying the restroom was out of order. I told her according to ADA they can’t keep a restaurant opened serving food is there is no restroom, she gave the excuse “it just happened now”. I will file a formal complaint with ADA as I’m disabled and they can’t deny use of restroom for people just because they’re too lazy to clean the restrooms

She gives me attitude when I ask for ketchup and if I’m sitting there waiting for the rest of my order, she goes “What?????”. Horrible customer service. Horrible place. This place sucks. Don’t go there.

Is it just me or are we paying more and getting less? I ordered a Whopper Value Meal which consists of a Whopper, which they really should re-name it “USE TO BE A WHOPPER”. The fries were cold and the beverage was so small, I actually finished it before I finished my “Use To Be A WHOPPER” and fries. I just wish corporations would remember what a value is. Dead and gone I’m afraid.
