I was going to eat lunch here today but when I walked in I immediately noticed they had the men’s and women’s restroom blocked off with two large trash cans. I asked a worker there if the bathrooms were permanently closed or were they being cleaned? She said they were going to be cleaned and would be closed for 30 minutes. Well I decided to go somewhere else for lunch. I only get a half an hour break and I definitely need to use the restroom. So I’m going somewhere else. They also have a lot of dirt and debris and even a large wood piece outside their doors.

For the past 4 years upon moving back to Los Angeles I’ve been going to my neighborhood Burger King and I can honestly say that the service just kept getting more and more negative but in the last year has been the worst, today I think I was just irritated 10 times out of 10 I can almost guarantee that my meal is going to be wrong something is going to be missed it’s not going to be corrected and the signature Burger which is the Whopper is going to be missing lettuce tomato and onion and if you ask them to correct it they’ll get upset and put even less lettuce tomato and onion on your next one but I think the biggest negative is when someone who’s been taking your order on at least 70% of you visits, looks at you lies and says they’ve never seen you before or never helped you before or I’m mistaken them with another person even upon explaining to them you’re my person who has helped fix orders before and this is the neighborhood Burger King I come to today I was just tired of the whole meal being wrong and if after a day of work the last thing you want to do is go rolling around the city trying to find a Burger King when yours is 2 minutes away from your house.

I am appalled at the way I was treated by the Manager Mary at this location. I went through the drive thru, ordered a #10, was given a #2. Went inside to get it corrected. Mary proceeded to tell me it was my error and not the lady taking the order and they do not take customers for their word anymore and basically called me a liar. Now typically this would not bother me, the fact that she sided with the employee and said we no longer take the customer side is what bothers me the most. Clearly, I know what I wanted to eat, Mary and her team had other plans!!! Be careful, cause customers do not matter at this location, per Mary!!!!
