Always friendly staff and a go-to place for a meal near work. Very visible from the road within proximity to a small shopping center, and this place has a playpen. This location has existed for at least two decades (I believe) if not longer, so it is well established. The staff is multilingual and the service is very quick, even during peak hours. And the food quality is great. The parking is free and there are at least ten spots that I’ve noticed, if not more. I’ve never needed to use the drive-thru, but there is one.

Wow. Just wow. Let me just start off with the employees. Customer service here is beyond me. Off the bat exceeded my expectations. One minute you are ordering for a whole village and the next you are leaving the store with a huge smile on your little belly. How’d they do it you may ask? Well, the secret really is team work. The store is not just filled with employees, but a family. It’s truly beautiful how much motivation these employees get from their managers. I’ve seen how well the managers make sure to keep the employees on task, even when they themselves, aren’t having a good day. enriqueThe food here is as always, top notch. The store is always clean and sanitized. I mean for crying out loud! They have a big sign on the wall with an “A” on it! But, nonetheless you must see it to believe it. BK is a fast food giant, no doubt about it, but I’ve had some unlucky experiences with trying to get some dipping sauces for sure though, they ask you what condiments you want, and by the time you’re pulling out of the drive way, bam! No sauces for your chicken fries all in all, they got some good deals and good food.

This BK at this location they been serving al sandwiches & hamburgers with COLD BUNS, I USED TO eat here every morning and every other day 10 months back, now I try a sandwich once a month , and I still let them know to PLEASE PUT THE BUNS ON THE GRILL AND THEY STILL GIVE ME COLD BUNS, I have to go back Walk in and get my money back. This place is getting WORSE every day…..

The guy at the counter is fast and has good customer service, but I could see the lady making my breakfast burrito and she sucks, she was having a full on conversation with another female and took for ever to make my burritos, when the guy asked her for the burritos she gave him attitude and replied its heating up, if she hadn’t of been blabbering her mouth off it would of been a more pleasant experience.
