There is nothing more annoying than being hungry and tired, pulling up through the drive thru because you’re too tired to cook and coming home with the wrong freaking order. All I ordered was an 8 piece chicken nugget and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. It’s not a complicated order, the screen showed the correct order, I make the huge mistake of not checking my bag before driving away and get home to 12 freaking mozzarella sticks. So now, here I am doing exactly what I was trying to avoid and cooking myself something to eat. I am not about to drive back for them to fix their error. I was the only one in the drive thru and no other customers were in the restaurant. This mistake was easily avoidable. Pay more attention to the order screen and what you’re cooking and packing for the customer. It’s not that complicated when you only have one customer to focus on.

Food was great. Fries and nuggets great. Very clean dining room. The reason it gets 4 stars is because the customer service is bad. I’m not sure what’s going on but they did not greet us when we waited at the counter for 3 minutes waiting. I understand if they are busy or short handed I can wait but the guy made me feel like it was wrong for me to ask for something. They need to work on that.

The hours are NOT as advertised. I always bike here due to it being very close and not needing a car and it’s the only burger place with a vegetarian option near me. EVERY SINGLE TIME they lock the doors early at 8-8:30PM and give me a different excuse as to why they’re closed for inside. they yell at me to go through the drive thru behind the glass. I’ve stood in the drive thru and been IGNORED because I didn’t have car. I don’t want to be rear-ended on a BICYCLE in a drive-thru from someone not paying attention. I’m just trying to pick up my online order what else am I supposed to do?
