One star for the food because didn’t get to order. One for the atmosphere. Didn’t get to enjoy it. Lights are on but can’t get in. Service also didn’t get to see or get served. According to the hours of operation the dining area should be open. But both doors locked. One employee inside wiping down tables. Just ignored me at the door. There is no sign explaining why they closed early. At least that would’ve made sense if restrooms out of service or electricity out or anything letting us know. Seems like someone across the parking lot is about to get my money.

Zero stars if i could! Simey, who had her name tag conviently covered, attempting not to show me but not really, so I had to be clear to ask to see it. She has horrible customer service. After the cashier got my order wrong (I didn’t know) and asking us to wait in a spot for said wrong order a different lady came out that barley spoke English 10 minutes later with it and also with no sauce that the cashier asked me i wanted. After I explained I ordered 3 not 2 she came out another 10 minutes after that with a reciept. Which now looking at mine, I DID pay for 3 the price point is 3 but it says 2. I explained well the cashier got my order wrong and we’ve been waiting for at least 15 minutes by this time, that she could make it right so she told me to go around to the window as she gestured for the missing box of chicken fries. I pull around to the window and the cashier is confused and so is Simey. I explained what happened above and was met with complete rudness. Like utter disrespect and not an attitude of someone who likes their job at all. She was definitely not someone who wanted to help solve a problem and instead kept asking me what she could do for me but didn’t have a response once I told her what she could do for me. Take responsibility for you and your teams responsibilities, literally your job. I get that if there was a mistake made on the POS and miscommunication because of not being fluent in English (actually not my problem although I’m reasonable) but it was all your teams fault and they didn’t care to do anything to remedy the entire inconvenience this establishment provided. You are dealing with hungry people who have hungry kids in the back seat 99% of the time. Like duh…. you must be new.
