Just not a cool experience. The food is just okay but the service was not great. The lady at the counter seemed put upon helping the customers. Wasn’t very busy at this location at the time we were there. Anyway, not the worst place but it used to be better.

Worst place ever !! First I am told spider-Man burger sold out so I settle for something I didn’t want then I am told for a sauce it’s 50 cent each so I ask refund my meal never coming back here again let see how long these place last

Horrible service. Female cashier only cared about her son getting a job. I have never felt that my money was no good. Totally discrimination. By the way. Yo hallo Español. Senora tu necessito ayuda. Customers primero. Su hijo no necessito trabajo contigo. Get a grip. Male managers had to do your job for you. Time to learn respect .BTW the $9 whopper was cold and your bathrooms need to be cleaned. Focus on your job not your kids during work hours. If not go home.

I made a mobile order and left my house about 20 minutes after that (app said about 5-7 minutes). I pull up to the drive thru menu order and mentioned I was picking up a mobile order. The guy seemed a bit confused…and had me sitting there for a couple minutes, even after I asked if they had found my order request. He came back on and asked if he could help me. I mentioned to him I had a mobile order, he told me to pull forward. By the time I got to the window another 10 minutes had went by and my order was still not made, I heard them asking for my items to the cook. They handed me my bags and I asked if everything was there and they said yes. I pulled away and parked. My son and I checked the order, and of course an item was missing. I had to get back in line (restaurant lobby was closed the whole time). This was not the first time that I had ordered ahead of time and my order had not even been pulled up (1st time was at a different store). When I went home, I realized the fries were old. So much for quality and convenience.

Don’t eat here. Just don’t. Unforseen circumstances had me needing a quick dinner for my family so we made the horrible decision to get food here. The guy taking my ordered seemed like it was the last place he wanted to be. Ok, working at a fast food joint might not be that great. I ordered one meal large and was given small. I mentioned it and the guy looked at his screen and said, “Oh. I didn’t hear you.” I’d already paid so I let it go. The food was awful. We don’t eat at Burger King often, but this wasn’t first time – the quality was really bad. Burned burgers, slapped together messy sandwiches, etc. Still, not the worst part. The worst part; we now have food poisoning. All I ate yesterday was dinner so it was 100% Burger King that made us sick. It’s been 24 hours and we are still suffering the consequences of our bad decisions. Feels like I’ve got knives or raucous, vile gas in my stomach. I go from freezing, to hot, chills, hot & cold at the same time. Save yourselves and avoid this place.

This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings you can go to. The line is always long and the employees are not the best. The managers in the morning are very slow and rude. I went through the drive through and gave the manager my card to pay for the food. She gave the card back but then told me that the payment did not go through so she needed to swipe the card again. I drove all the way home to find that I had actually been charged twice for the same amount. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager and told him that I was charged twice. He told me that there was no way that I would have been charged twice and it was my bank that charged me and not them! That logic made absolutely no sense! He refused to refund me my money and gave me a lot of attitude. Needless to say, I was not happy. What do these employees have to gain from charging me twice? I used to work in fast food so I know that what you charge people has no bearing in your check. Therefore, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with refunded people money for charging them twice. This is just a terrible establishment. 0 stars from me.
