Owner needs to take in to account that any time of the day if you look across the street Mc Donalds line is always full and this place is always empty. This being the only burger king around for miles, this place should always be busy but its not. Wonder why? Your employees are extremely rude and your managers are unprofessional and always have bad attitudes. Also this place has no phone number, super ghetto. If your order is wrong and you need to call, well too bad huh? Ghetto shady business practices equals barely any business. This place can make double or triple the money if they had managers that are professional, employees with excellent customer service and the food quality was improved. Nothing personal, just the truth. Ive had a few horrible experiences here. Id rather go anywhere but here.

I need this place to succeed. I like the taste of BK burgers more than any other fast food restaurant. It’s flame-broiled for me over fried any day. While it isn’t half as busy as the McDonald’s across the street, the staff seems a bit stressed and has gotten my order wrong inside and at the drive-through, so make sure they read the order back to you and check what’s in the bag before driving away. Other than a couple of mishaps, I’ve always gotten great food and service from this location. Support your local BK.

I normally dont have a issue at this place but yeaterday was horrible. I went to go get three slushies and a burger for my son. Got to intercom the dude had a attitude because i was asking if the mango is only discontinued at certain bks. He answered with a nasty attitude. That was a different location. I said thats not what i meant. Got to the window and As i turn to the window i saw the guy wipe our drinks with a pape towel. Then wipe the counter with the same paper towel. I told him about what i saw. He acted as if he didnt know what i was talking about. So i parked and asked a young lady to replace the slushes. At this point she is saying the machine dont work. I said i just want my burger. Then she said im refusing to serving you. Thats when i really got upset. I told her im not the one who she should be mad at. You should be mad at your employee. Then i asked for the owner number she said she was the manager. and she would not give me the number.

What the heck I place a mobile order it takes my money And when I show up ( 10:40pm ) they close at 12am, the place seems deserted, no one answers the order screen, so I go to drive away and I drive past the window and can see 2 workers hiding against the bathroom door in the dark. Headed to Burger King as I had a coupon for a Whopper meal for $5. Hit up the drive thru which wasn’t busy as I came at the tail end of lunch rush. So pictured is what ya get for the coupon which rang up to $5.44, Whopper, small fries, and a small drink. Fries were kinda cold and not salted at all and the Whopper was a little cool in the middle which I assume is the topping coming out of the cooler causing that. Overall it was a filling inexpensive meal, just wished it was a little warmer.

This place has terrible staff. I come here often. A very few of them are friendly but the ones I see the most often are rude to me. Today they gave me old, unedible mozzarella sticks. If I go back and complain, they just treat me worse (I know from experience). I got an 8 piece, only 2 where fresh. See photo.
