June 12th 4:30 pm went get dinner chose this location first walking in the manager Amanda didn’t greet anybody only the cashier, second we order the 2 meal combo that took 15 min, when I get the burgers it has mustard I’m allergic to mustard so I ask my wife if she can c if they can change it to a different sandwich. Manager Amanda said no that’s your fault next time ask wat comes on it, laughed and told me I have to deal with the burgers I got. THen started cursing turned her back and said o well. I said I didn’t eat or touch them can I atleast have my money back she said no wat em i supposed to do, um give me a different sandwich or my money back. She said no to everything upruptly and disrespectful and didnt care what me or my wife had to say. Meanwhile it was supposed to be a quick stop for food it took almost an hour. It was the worst experience with my kids in my whole 35 years alive. The cashier synthia has way better attitude and customer service, I will never come back to this location again. And will continue to pursue her to get fired. If you want treated like a dog and thrown anything to you and your children you’ll love it here.

7/22/23 10:05 I was just a literally in the drive-through wanting to get some hamburgers for my kids and I asked him about the dollar drinks they had and the lady literally screamed at me through the speaker literally screamed and I told her why are you screaming she’s like cause you don’t understand we don’t have that and I was just asking a simple question Really bad service really bad food that people have really bad attitudes. Don’t waste your time or money. The buns are old stale dry bread, so dry they crumble to the touch! On every visit without failure. The food is always cold. My most recent experience was one of the worst, burgers were flooded with mayo; so much they were oozing out the side profusely just being unwrapped, to the touch the buns once again crumble. Buying food here is not something you can or should be trying to feed your FAMILY with! Sad to say because once upon a time it was a FAMILY favorite. Couldn’t speak to a live person for customer service which is always a problem. They can do whatever they want to your food and nobody can do anything about it.

We ordered Veggie cheese burger and potato fries . Burger was super delicious n yummy. We loved the food… Location is also good just 1 min from our hotel. We enjoyed alot there. Must try Burger King, n you also gonna love the food. 10/10 from my side.

The food is really good however I do feel that the dining room is empty mostly every day but it’s still a good place to go to. Just don’t try the taco’s the meat of the taco taste just like beans.

They need new managers. The highlights items were forgotten. So I called, the girl I spoke to was nice and said they’d give the food to my husband. So my husband went, and then the shift manager refused to give him the food. She finally gave him the two cheese burgers, and the French fry but wouldn’t not give him the jalapeño poppers and accused him of wanted extra food. If we wanted extra food we would have bought extra food. We just wanted what we paid for. I will NEVER spend another cent at this Burger King. Horrible customer service.
