This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have lost count at how many times I have ordered through the drive-thru where they have got it wrong. I’ve been charged for extra items that I’ve ordered and they don’t bother to add it to the food. They don’t answer their phone so you can’t speak to a manager unless you drive back and go inside. This is one of the oldest locations in Bakersfield. Just recently re-opened after it was rebuilt. The food is classic Burger King. Just unfortunate that the service is bad.
