Been to this location several times and you can’t understand the cashier because she speaks so fast and the traffic noise. Takes forever to get the food, and you have to drive the obstacle course through the shopping carts and street people.

Very bad customer service lady didn’t let us finish talking at speaker and told us to pull to the first window and showed her a code at window and she got mad and yelled and called the manager who also yelled at us to add the code at the window next time but they didn’t even ask for it to begin with! Horrible embarrassing!

i was just goin through the drive through and got 3 burgers and the manager who was at the drive thought said $6 and something cents after i barley ordered and i asked $6 for all of them? and then she started yelling at me. WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT WHAT DO YOU THINK” and i got upset and left. This store has horrible customer service and i do not recommend you going here.

I ordered breakfast at the Burger King drive-thru at 6:32 am on July 22. I received the bag from Burger King and drove a few blocks. The oil was all over my hand when I touched the bag. As you can see in the picture, the bottom and one side of the bag are wet with oil. When a Burger King employee gave me the bag, the side of the bag I saw was clean. I think this was intentional. The suspect reasons are: 1. The oil does not flow from inside. The napkins inside were fine with only one napkin very lightly touched with oil and the fries were in good condition. The amount of oil on the bag is not the amount that can come out from the inside. 2. The Burger King employee acknowledged that the bag was wet and when handing the bag to me, the Burger King employee looked at the bag and then looked at my face. I believe that they recognized the condition of the bag. I wondered why they were playing this prank: 1. It may mean to not come again in the morning because it is bothersome. 2. It has been 35 years since I immigrated to the United States but still my pronunciation is distinguished as a foreigner’s. This is a matter that requires special attention from the shop managers and Regional Managers.

Beware !!!! Unless you like being walked in on while using the restroom. Restroom has a lock the workers press to open it . After I got in I locked the push button on the inside of door to lock it thinking I’d be safe to do my extended amount of business. However a person decides to try to open up because it’s locked they think it’s unoccupied. Whether they were never taught manners on knocking first is beyond me but anyway the worker pushes the button to open the bathroom door even though I locked it from the inside . Short version don’t use their restroom for any reason .Grab your food and leave . I’ll never go back here if that’s the type of control they need for the restroom
