Doors were locked even though times posted in website and on site doors said they were supposed to be open. There were three staff members who saw me outside and hid behind counters to not open the door. I waited for a few seconds before knocking and one of them peaked through and hid again. What kind of dine in place is locking up places during hours? And staff are getting paid to not provide service?

ordered two whoppers, one with no onion and tomato, guy brings the food and says one whopper with no onion, and one whopper. i said “there should be one with no tomato and no onion” he said yes its in there. clearly they can’t even be bothered to read simple instructions. every single time i go there, there is something wrong with my order. What a joke.

Very disappointed. Pulled into the parking lot and the dining room was closed due to lack of staff. Okay, l thought, I’ll just go through the drive thru no problem. Pull up, no beef or grilled chicken…. what? How can “Burger” King be out of burgers? Anyways, I order chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, fries and a large coke. They shorted us chicken nuggets, the chicken breast barely took up half the bun and the chicken was over cooked and dry. I could have gone back through the drive through and asked them to cook the chicken again and give us the nuggets but it wasn’t worth it. But I did come back through the drive thru to see if they would refill our coke seeing how the dining room was closed, nope… They said since we left the “facility” and ate in the parking lot they couldn’t refill it, although we never left because we couldn’t go inside in the first place. I’d understand if the dining room was open but come on… I’m not usually a picky person but I’m pretty disappointed with the service and quality of food here. Especially when we have very limit fast food options here on base.
