Do not go here if u want someone to take your order. I’ve been there four times in the last two weeks and NOBODY WILL TAKE MY ORDER. Krystal will not recognize you or take your order. The whole crew is standing around nobody is working. Failure is not an option and nothing succeeds like success. Nobody that works there has the will,aptitude, or battery to simply take an order ,take money and expedite the order. It’s simple. If u work at the ave L Burger King transfer to the one on ave P b cuz Krystal is fialing miserably as a manager. I would rather jump into a lions den with pork chop drawers on than to ever go-to this BURGER KING ever again. I will definitely follow through with this with an email to corporate. Four times and no greeting, no order, no food. Each time they were not busy and I had to skip my lunch what a waste of time. Burger King employees are as productive as a soup sandwich do not go there if u r hungry and want to eat. Worst burger king I’v been to EVER. Just want to thank the drive thru cashier and shift manager on the super fresh new chicken sandwiches tonight. I didn’t mind the wait and honesty always wins me over dried chicken. I tried to do the online review but I think you need to change the ink cartridge in your the receipt printer. Y’all keep doin what you’re doing and I’ll keep coming to your store.
