Very unprofessional staff and very poor to zero higiene. To not washing their hands and going back in making the burgers you guys like to eat. Health department needs to come and check them out. Also what in the right mind of a shift leader or person in charge is outside when the doors are closed with a person in his car to be precise it’s a black color sedan with tinted windows and a windshield cover at night.. Clair or Jaime if you read this please look at your cameras and you will see how much money your wasting in paying this person. We waited in the drive thru line for a very long time, too long. When we got our food, it was the wrong order. When we told them that we didn’t get anything we asked for, the girl at the window gave us an attitude. Like it’s our fault we were given the wrong food. Once we got home to eat our food, they gave us the wrong burger but we didn’t want to go back to the rude woman at the window again. Bad service.
