This Burger King should be a model on how the restaurant should not be. The place is a mess behind the counter, fries and food all over the floor. There were flies buzzing around the whole place, bothering customers as their eating and ordering. The cashier was cussing in front of us and other customers with kids. They were out of alot of their menu items such as crispy chicken, onions, ice cream, slushies, and were “low” on fries. I think this place needs a whole 180 and needs to step up their game. Food was somewhat cold. Cashier was touching food right after dealing with money, without washing their hands. Would not recommend to anyone.

My experience wasn’t so great! There’s an employee name kiara Diane Thompson and she so disrespectful she has low customer service skills! She’s uses profanity when she’s having a conversation at work, and it just looks very tacky and unprofessional. The manager allows her to disrespect the customers. The manager allows her to talk foolish to children, and I think you guys should just do better as a company and make sure that no matter what. Any customer that comes in you treat them with respect because you are working to please the customers so showing lack of respect, showing lack of understanding, showing lack of. work ethics she just gotta do better if she want your company to be great

I love coming by here every morning for breakfast before work.Ashley the manager has great customer service always takes her time to make sure my order is correct and the cooks always make sure my food taste good.i can’t complaint about BK because the service is always fast, and friendly and the food always taste good.keep up the great work .

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a whopper and small fries and they couldn’t even get the order correctly. This is the second time the order was wrong twice in one day. First time, they shorted me on the fries and the burger hardly had any cheese looked cut in half. To be honest Sorry but y’all suck very slow services I waited 15 minutes to place a order nobody helped they kept walking by us very slow staff!! They all need more training but once I did place my order it took bout 30 minutes I went shopping at target came back still nothing the worst place in town .never again they need to contact the owner ASAP….i honestly need corporates number. This is the worst service in the AV. Since the pandemic every business has suffered. New people with no customer service skills or sense of pride in thier work, shut the whole place down and get new managers and employees perhaps

YOU HAD ONE JOB!! Can’t even do that correctly! I shouldn’t have to get ALL the way home just to find that my youngest childs kids meal contains LITERALLY nothing but a bag with small fries! No nuggets, no toy!!! What the actual heck?!? Also I specifically asked u if ur kids meal contained a spiderman toy as advertised you said yes.THEN GO and give my kid some edible crayon?!? I swear as much as I paid I didn’t get anything I was supposed to. I certainly hope none of you make 15hr. Cuz your not worth that much.
