It is too bad that I cannot give it a negative star. Terrible service and raw meat. We dine in today around 5:30pm. They didn’t have the drink we wanted and later we were told no refills. While the cashier was talking to her friend the whole time for about an hour. She was very short and rude. It seemed that we were annoying her and interrupting her personal conversation. Will never eat there again. Unfortunately, Burger King used to be my favorite and now service is poor and too expensive. Not worth the cost.

This was just another bad Burger King experience I’m beginning to get used to being disappointed by this food chain because it seems all the locations in my city are just getting worse!! And this is one of the newer locations to open up in my city (Fresno) it’s the 3rd time that I went to that location and all 3 times I’ve had horrible wait times, cold / old food and bad customer service, it was overall a terrible representation of Burger King so I will not be going back I will stick to McDonald’s.

So this morning I go to pool in the drive-thru to order some food and a manager is standing in the drive-thru looking at the menu smoking a cigarette she sees me and appeared to have gotten upset about something starts shaking her head throwing her hand up in the air and turned around to walk back towards the door she came out of to go inside if you don’t want somebody in your drive-thru then block it off if you don’t like your job then don’t work there but don’t get all pissy pants because somebody decides to come to your restaurant to order food that is your job but the attitude I saw her get made me back up and leave that location to find another and I will not be back there anytime soon that is the second time I’ve been there and an employee had a nasty attitude if an employees attitude sucks the food is going to taste just the same

Drive through took about an hour just to get two meals and with only one car in the drive through prior food was also cold when I received it
