This Burger King is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. It also has very clean bathrooms. There are no homeless people around, and you don’t feel like you are going to get murdered, like in other fast food restaurants. They serve your food really fast, and of course, the food is delicious. Oh, and it has a drive through in case you don’t want to go inside.

I love BK but none of the restaurants in town seem to have standards. I really wish the owners would pay more attention to the way their stores are ran. From time waiting, customer service, food temp, cleanliness, the list goes on its all going down hill. Step it up BK cause your so much better then this. Go to one out of town, then one of ours theres a HUGE difference. The staff at every single one needs to be terminated just start fresh. Especially the one on princeton. Just makes me sad

I had the opportunity to share my amazing customer service experience with this location’s manager, Nathaniel. I explained to him in thorough detail that I have never experienced or received such amazing customer service in any Fast Food Restaurant Chain in the entire city of Fresno. I travel a lot for work. But I had some downtime today to reach out to this location and tell their manager that their newly hired employee, Nancy was absolutely fantastic with her positive energy and courteous spirit. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and was gracious enough to take my order soon after. If she sticks with this career, she will soar high among the ranks and hopefully one day acquire her own store. As she is certainly a rising star in the making! When I asked her what do you recommend as a big meal deal, she was so kindhearted and even made the effort to ask one of her fellow employees what they would suggest. The Fast Food Industry definitely needs more remarkable people like, Nancy. It shouldn’t be about getting an easy paycheck, it should always be about earning every single cent that is on that paycheck. When you pull up to the drive thru and there’s two broken menu boards and you can’t place the order until after you’ve got into the speaker because that’s where the menu board is at so your asked to place your order before you even gotten a chance to look over the menu and then it when you start placing your order the lady tells you to hold on in the middle of you asking for your order and they were out of every drink except for 3 flavors that I really didn’t like. Just won’t be going in the evening will try another time to see if service changes to a better review
