Just bought a fish sandwich and onion rings. Onion rings were not fried long enough but the worst part was that I took one bite from my fish sandwich I realized that it was most likely the fish was cooked hours ago then the fried again. I couldn’t even chew it. Extremely disappointed.

I always order whopper jr. Perfect size for me. These days people avoid getting jobs at fast food places. Work is a lot harder there as they receive orders from all venues. In store, kiosk, mobile, and delivery services. Fast food restaurants have difficulty in finding workers. I admire their workers for their willingness to take tough work. No complaints from me. Thank you! BTW, I was approached by a young man at the Costco parking lot. He had all limbs, looked clean, but asked me money. I told him to get a job. Fast food restaurants need help. He walked away.

Ordered hamburger cheese melt 4 times over 3 weeks, first 3 were on hamburger buns, not toasted bread, 3rd one not only had a hamburger bun but regular raw onions (not chopped or fried onions), sandwich was cold with all cheese UNMELTED, 4TH sandwich had bread, but untoasted, chopped onions, but unfried, and all cheese was cold straight out of the fridge, totally unmelted, only cooked item was hamburger patties.

The menu screen inside is not correct with pricing or what they have. It’s strange. It’s burger king. Nice cashier just explained to me that what I see on the menu is not the correct price and they don’t offer much of what is posted. No family meals. You must get the app to get any kind of deal. Expensive for metiochre food. The workers do try and are helpful and apologetic, do their best to explain what they offer and do tell you to get the app to get any kind of offer or cbo meal if you are getting for more than 2 ppl.

Ordered in the drive thru and asked for sweet and sour and ranch. Guy at the window tosses some ranch in there and leaves to presumably find sweet and sour. Comes back a few minutes later and throws some more sauce in the bag then hands it to me and closes the window. I assumed he put what I asked for but no, just 3 ranches. Didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t have sweet and sour. Food was decent but the workers terrible. At least that guy. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. I ordered at the drive through and got a lukewarm burger and fries. I noticed immediately that the fries were not hot and asked if I could get hot fries and the young man did take my bag a put a few more warm, not hot, fries on top of the fries already in my bag. I always liked Burger King in the past, but sadly their clever advertising is not translating to good service or hot fries.

THEY DID NOT TELL anyone they did not have ice for soft drinks, which were already VERY WARM. We had to dispose our drink as it was too hot to drink.

The restaurant was experiencing a typical lunch rush when I went by today. The service was slow, the restaurant dirty, and the food mediocre. But what I can commend are the three employees I saw staffing the whole restaurant literally running from one job to another. One was drive thru with packing bags for customers inside the dining room. Another was helping while also doing part time cooking and cashier. The third appeared to be doing the rest of the cooking. I’m sure they are experiencing staffing shortages, but it is hard to see from a location that until 2020 was thriving, clean, fast, etc. I hope they are able to recover and retain those working so hard today.
