I was getting my BK fix this Saturday at 9:30PM. This burger i paid for belongs in the trash. When i got it, it was the lamest, most dissapointing sandwich ive ever had. They forgot to add pickles, it was Flat with no sauce or mayonaise and, with no flavor or life left in the burger. I do not recommend this place. I had the worst customer experience; my sandwich was 20 minutes late, it was disgusting to have to wait that long and get a horrible sandwich. The employes there were rude and the manager was not doing his job right. They do not care about the customer and this shows it.

Food was good. Service… Got the wrong order. I ordered 2regular chicken sandwich and 1 spicy, repeated the order several times and still got the wrong order. All sandwiches were spicy. My kids don’t like spicy but since we went through drive thru and did not notice the mistake til we got home, we didn’t want to drive back and my kids had to force themselves to eat the spicy chicken. Heads up they like the sandwich,thou they didn’t change their mind, they still prefer regular chicken.

Not all fast food restaurants are the same. This one for some reason is not very well stocked. Their fountain machine choices are very limited. The restaurant was renovated and the drive thru is very nice with a big screen to see your order.

It took 40 minutes to get food. Somehow the entire city was at this restaurant. They seemed severely understaffed, it was legitimately the busiest midday fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The inside line was out the door and the drive through line went down the block. How did this even happen? I think there were 3 or 4 people back in the kitchen. They really need to hire more.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I only go back because it’s close to my job and easy to get to. 2 out of the 3 times I went there last month they didn’t even get there to turn on the lights until 10 minutes after their posted opening​ time. Yesterday they didn’t open the door until 20 after, and then I was told they were closed when I got to the counter. They were again 15 minutes late today. If you go inside early, expect to weave you way around all the racks of hamburger buns they store just inside the entrance of the dining area.

Miguel mgr. Makes you leave the drive thru and when they take your order they always make mistakes. I understand nobody is perfect but 9-10 your service is very poor. I was missing onion rings and my 2 chicken sanwich. Maybe training would have a better outcome.
