$4.29 + extra for cheese on a mini whopper that is a fraction larger than a slider burger! Lettuce that is white and brown! No green lettuce today? Barely warm fries with little to no salt. This location has never been the best Burger King franchise but it has seriously gone way downhill. Make that a steep hill.

Just stopped in for a Senior coffee and hash browns. The lady was promptly there to take my order and handed me hot coffee and freshly cooked tator tots. Everything was prepared well and I was given napkins, sugar, cream and utensils, in a smaller bag, for my coffee. I was the only one in the restaurant, so it was hard to judge the atmosphere.

This is one of the worst bird things I’ve ever entered a place was dirty there was leaks from unknown forces because it wasn’t raining I entered with urgency because my handicap mother needed to go to the restroom assuming that in the area that we were in that there had a strict bathroom policy for customers only I walked in and let the person at the register know that I was going to get her into the bathroom first and then or I proceeded to the bathroom to find it locked I came back and he reinforced his policy that I assumed with explanation would be bypassed. It’s always my pet peeve that defend or enforce a policy that they don’t bother to understand

If you do drive thru, they don’t let you add any items once you get to the window. So don’t be like me and forget to order a drink with your food. I tried to add a plain hot coffee to my order before handing over my card and the cashier refused. Talk about a bad start to my day. Thanks, burger king.

The staff was awesome. I didn’t quite understand the new setup for ordering things that were advertised on Tv. So, 2 of the staff helped me with the setup and ordering. And the cook also got in on helping me, and speeding up my order. I was very impressed, which isn’t easy for me to be. I left there happy . This particular Burger King has been completely remodeled. It was very clean, and was being cleaned when I first got there. The guy cleaning it, is one of the people who had stopped what he was doing to help me through the settings of ordering from my phone. That’s not the type of Customer Service you see every day.

I would give it 0 stars. Cashier was rude. I stood far back to look at the menu so I wasn’t mistaken for being ready. She asks if we are ready I kindly shook my head no. The family behind me wasn’t ready either so I stepped up to the counter after deciding and she IGNORED my husband and I. She had her head turned away I gave her time as she was wearing a headset I wasn’t sure if she was doing drive thru as well. I noticed she didn’t acknowledge us at all so we started leaving until she started LAUGHING while looking at me. I did not want to start problems so I left the restaurant, but this was VERY rude.

The employees that were there are great employees, but the building was a bit neglected. I mentioned to the manager on duty that the window in the corner was leaking. He acknowledged that it was there and that he’s trying to keep up with it being dry… But the owner refuses to come by to look at it, let alone, fix it.

I rarely go to this location anymore due to their employees incompetence and less then mediocre customer service. Unfortunately I was in this area today and my kids wanted burger king. I was greeted with “hello” in the drive thru. Like what?? Gave me the wrong order, which I should have checked before pulling off and driving all the way home . This happens every single time I go there. Never again. I doubt they even see these reviews or care, but hopefully others read these “great” reviews and take their business elsewhere…
