Menu items are more expensive than location on Hesperian. This one’s closer, but the cost difference($1-$2 per item) makes the other location more appealing. If you’re looking for a good shake in the area, this one’s ok, but Jack in the Box on Tennyson is better.

I use my reward points and I didn’t get anything extra but water. I was charged for using my rewards point. My rewards points was taken at the same time and I’m trying to figure out. Why I’m being charged for rewards? Isn’t that supposed to be a free item? What is going on? Why is this Burger King treating me like I am Homeless 1st of all. And had absolute Disrespect towards me as Customer. I thought for every dollar you spend you get ten points with burger king rewards. The lady told me that nothing is free at Burger King. AND SHE WAS THE MORNING SUPERVISOR. THAT I have no free rewards, none of my rewards are free. They all cost a 1.11$. a reward to have tax on it REALLY!

The store hours are until 11:30pm you pull up at 11:06pm and they will not come to the window they ignore you. The only reason I gave them one star is because that’s the only way they allow me to post the review.

The place was empty inside and one car at the window, but the 4 employees inside ignored us for about 8 minutes before we got any service. It’s explained to me why it is always empty. Their customer service it’s terrible. I do not recommend it.

After being a vegetarian for 10 years I stopped going to BK. I heard that this Burger King had the impossible whopper and stopped by one the way back from work. At $7, it was pricey but it was a really good burger. It was impossible to tell the difference from meat. Staff was super friendly and the place was super clean.

Abhorrent rushed customer service even with the lobby empty and the drive thru line short and well-managed by other employees. The thermostat is also very low in the dining area, which makes it mildly uncomfortable to eat inside.

Today, I ordered a whopper and made sure that I specifically told the employee that I wanted a whopper and not an impossible whopper and 2 rodeo burgers. I used the mobile app, but I was charged $4.99 for my whopper when the mobile coupon said $3. When I brought this up, I was told that is how it rings up in the system, and I told them that isn’t right and they needed to fix it. A different employee came over, gave the same excuse, and then said her boss would fix the system tomorrow and then walked away without resolving the issue. A few minutes later, I was handed my food, and I drove home. The first bite into my whopper, and I knew that it wasn’t a whopper it was an impossible whopper. I fecustomers mouthsel like because I protested being overcharged, I was punished with a sub-par burger. This is not the first time this location has overcharged me, nor is it the first time they have substituted the undesirable impossible whopper for the whopper I’ve ordered. This location is giving your company a bad name and is literally leaving a bad taste in its customers’ mouths.
