Honestly I’m eating in my vehicle because this place is extremely dirty. My wife says the bathroom is horrible and I could have told her that by looking at the walls to get there. The lady was overly helpful asked me seconds after I answered to give me a few minutes to look and I even looked behind me after the 3rd time she asked and nobody was behind there for me to feel rushed. Food was warm as if it was not fresh.

I’ve never thought to leave a review for a fast food restaurant but the service here is so terrible I figured out how to leave a Google review. The menu at the drive through does not match what they serve. The service is incompetent. They never know how to take an order and if by some miracle you are able to place an order for food that you might want, be prepared to wait for 15-20 minutes for your order to be filled. It is literally quicker to drive to another Burger King in Livermore and get your food there.

This is the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. I have been in line for 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. It is 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon every time I’ve been to this Burger King it’s taken at least 10 minutes or more to get my food.
