Went to place an order for some whoopers, went to the drive thru . I ordered a jr. whooper and three whoopers No mayonnaise!!! Specifically extra ketchup extra sauce for my tacos. Went home and what did I get extra Mayo on my whoopers no ketchup and no sauce for my tacos. I gave my whoopers to my mom . I had no burger for me because I hate mayonnaise!!!!! I ate my sad looking taco. By the way that drive thru is terrible. Burger King you need some better looking places.

I am a first responder and am currently working in California following the floods. I love what I do. However being on the road all day working out of state has its disadvantages. One of those is finding a clean place to use the restroom. I often will stop at a Burger King to use the restroom and always purchase a soda or fries. It so happen the other day I stopped at the Burger King locatedE 14th St, San Leandro, CA 94578where I met with a locked bathroom door for the first time ever in a restaurant. I went to get the key as I was met with “only if you buy something first”. That is disgusting. When people are older like me and the urge hits you need to go now! Not wait in line to buy food first! Burger King I will be telling all my co workers and posting on social media. You have lost a customer. I will never step foot in one of your restaurants again and I will be contacting corporate. You never know when there is a secret shopper.

It seems every night I come here , Burger King is short staffed, ,the drive thru is always SLOW , they can only do one order at a time , you have to wait for the car ahead of you to completely drive away before they take your order. The delay is systematic deliberate. Please hire a new manager or more employees. A drive thru should be this slow .

This used to be my favorite place but now they serve cold food and charge extra for you to have it your way. They need to change their slogan. And get a better system heating their food nit just one but all of them. I have tried two different locations. Trying to compete with other chains they need to ✋ stop and do better.

It was okay until we went through the drive-thru. To try and use coupons. And we were only able to use one coupon they say. But we can use two coupons inside of the restaurant. But we were like there was no one else in back of us we were the only ones in the drive-thru. So that kind of upset at me. We got our food from the inside. But I just thought it was ridiculous. The manager said it has nothing to do with them. It has to do with the owners. So hopefully the owners can get that together. Because if not they’re going to lose a lot of business.
