I was very excited to try out this Burger King as I am new to the city of Stockton and some of the local cuisines. I’ve had Burger King several times before but never at this location and I have to say that I am very disappointed. I decided today that I was going to try something different so I bought a bacon King and I decided to try their fiery nuggets because they looked good on the menu. Normally I’m not super into hot foods but I decided to give it a go today. Unfortunately when I got my food the presentation and the edibility of the food was very disappointing. My burger actually was fine but the fiery nuggets looked like they had been marinated and canola oil for 3 weeks and then unstrained before they were thrown in the bag. They were super greasy, very very unappealing with the amount of oil that was left on them. I had some extra napkins in my car and when I went to go and try and absorb some of the oil that was on there the amount that soaked through the first napkin was startling. They were completely inedible. I ended up throwing them away. I tried to call the Burger King to tell them about the food that was given to me and they did not answer the phone at all. I’m very disappointed.

My kids favorite fast food! This location is hit and miss with it’s food and service. Some days everyone is nice and on top of it and other days you are waiting forever for your order and staff is playing around instead of working

I have stopped by the Tam O’Shanter location about 6 different times throughout 2022. EVERY single time I come to drive through, I am waiting for over 20 minutes. I keep trying to “give it a chance” but even if there is only 1 car ahead of me, it’s still a 20 minute wait. Today is the last time I give this location a chance because I’ve been sitting here now for 30 minutes waiting for a simple meal. The owner should really intervene and have all the employees re-trained or either hire more employees.

This is by far the worst location ever! Certainly unprofessional! The entire crew falls way short of being “decent.” Conversations behind the counter was not related to work, while slang and laughter was heard at the drive thru. (It’s fine to have a conversation, but not while the line piles up.) Definitely need to rethink and rehire more professional workers that would actually meet basic requirements. No one deserves to sit at a drive thru for over an hour, time is precious and I certainly won’t be wasting anymore of my time here at this location. Please get it together and hire people who actually take their jobs seriously, as oppose to those who treat their job with no respect.

This store can’t work the register. In the background they are partying, laughing, and carrying on. I’m a disabled person who waits and waits some more who has to use the bathroom and in pain , I am really holding it before I am acknowledged. She asked me, “Are you a paying customer?” “Not now I am not.”

They are short staffed and still friendly and fast. I ordered meals for 7 people, yet we were in and out. Even given an extra slushie for our wait. The lady working the window is super sweet, efficient, and running the place with only 1 co worker today. By far the best Burger King in Stockton.

It’s a new burger King location. It looks nice. But it definitely is busy. No matter the time, it feels like it’s busy. Whether it’s dine in or the drive-through, it takes them several minutes to get your order ready. Pickup would probably be the best option but they’re all busy in the back so sometimes they have to shout at each other to remind them that there’s a customer at the register.
