Went through the drive thru for lunch, I waited at the window for about 5 minutes before someone came to take my payment. The employee handed me the wrong drink, but then corrected (not a big deal at all). When I sat down to eat my food, my burger was raw in the middle and had to be thrown out. We consistently have issues at this location, we will not be coming back here.

The manager is rude and obtuse. My daughter had to repeat 3 times that she wanted a Coca-Cola. Once that was clear we ordered the $5 whopper Jr meal. The manager just refused us by telling us she could not do that because the had no chicken nuggets. Basically she was telling us to leave. This restaurant is always empty, now we know why.

This store needs a new district manager who actually cares about the employees and the store. Half the employees are rude, have their mask half off, don’t tuck in their shirts and I seen one lady pull out her cell phone from her bra before taking an order! They lock the doors by 7 and the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous! The manager was discussing a complaint she received in front of everyone. They are untrained, unsupervised, unprofessional, and not management or customer service knowledgeable! Just close this BK down already! The parking lot is disgusting! I hope a Ownwr sees this! Fix your store!
