Well done order, if you go inside. What I mean is you’ll enjoy fresh French fries vs the cold refried drive through fries. Usually, served cold and stale, my take on this is never go to the drive-thru, if you want them fresh fries, served hot in the bag, that’s the only way. Go inside. Also, when you go inside, you can check your order before losing your spot in the drive thru line and have to go in anyway because they always mess up the order. Other than that slight inconvenience, this place is great. Good hot food. Good service at the front. They got plenty of tables and can handle a decent sized crowd. There’s no outside seating, except in your car, which might not be too bad. This place is pretty clean in comparison to some ice been to. All in all, this place is good and if recommend it people I know if they ask. Will go there again.

At approximately 4:pm on 5.22.2023, my wife and I purchased a Whopper Meal for dining our meal inside. We’ve eaten there before, and that same meal was delicious. We dined inside and a lady came and asked us if our meal was OK. We told her, yes. However, today the Whooper was very dry lacking and condiments, such as mustard, ketchup, mayo etc. The fries were cold, and we had to request a replacement order. I asked for some napkins and the young attendant offered me just 2. This BK must now be rationing napkins. The customer service, what there was of it, was dreadful. No one ever asked us about our satisfaction with our meal. In fact, when the young employee brought us replacement fries, which were in a takeout bag, when he handed the bag to me, he quickly did so without saying a word, turned, and then hastily moved away and toward the kitchen. Overall, this experience was appalling and (we) will no longer participate in this BK. We will tell others. It appears this BK has shifted its course and placed more interest in pushing out a product rather than making sure said product is edible and that the customer is satisfied. Eat at this BK at your own peril.

I come here almost every day I always feel so welcomed and my food is always hella good and always warm. They make such a friendly and appreciative environment. Young woman manager always sweet and understanding with customers although not everyone comes in with a great attitude. Overall just a good experience every time I come and it’s always SOO busy.

They never have anything in stock. This is the second time I’ve tried to get food and they’re missing almost the entire menu. They didn’t have spicy chicken fries, didn’t have cookies, didn’t have ice cream, didn’t have the spider verse burger or the sundae. What do they have???? They also take an absurd amount of time to get your food. I worked fast food and this is unacceptable

I heard that Burger King has impossible burgers and woah! They’re good and taste similar to a regular meaty burger! The staff are super friendly and the facilities is super clean! The fries are decent too and they have free crowns! Who wouldn’t want to leave feeling like a king/queen or prince/princess! 🙂

The female hispanic manager there is awful. She treats her employees awful and berates them in front of customers. When I was with my sister and we went to pick up dinner, the drink order was wrong and she proceeded to argue and say just take your money back and leave and give me the drink. She threw the money at us and turned and walked away from the window. Apparently the BK in West sac is aware of how cruddy this woman is because an employee quite to work over at that one. definitely reported this to the corporate chain, the way she interacts with customers is scary, even more so with black customers. Lots of students of color have had issues with her, and other minorities. She is in the wrong place to be if thats how she feels, and if she feels it is okay to be abusive to people. If BK wants more info, we are happy to provide it .

One of the worst managed stores I’ve been to regularly. I used to go very often because they had great prices and deals on their app, but recently they increased prices there. Store is consistently closed during advertised hours, with no note of it on the app so you order and can’t pick up your food. Then you can’t get your money back because of their difficult system. About half the time there are issues with beef supply or equipment making them not able to serve beef. Overall a poorly run establishment

Food getting lower quality and quantity. Prices rising. No more chking sandwiches. Replaced with classic chicken sandwich. Small chicken patty drenched in zesty Italian dressing on an oversized bun.
