Do not go to this burger service is terrible went here last night around 9.15pm and I was the only person in the drive through they guy emami couldn’t take my order correctly then tells me oh well I saved you money but I was like I didn’t ask you to save me money I came to get what I want then didn’t even give me the receipt even though I asked for it several times. Quick stop on the way home. The food was ok. The bathrooms were messy and while using the bathroom one of the staff walked in on me. The milkshake was very watery and thin. The oil the fries were cooked in tasted old.

I was the only person in the lobby waiting to order with three employees at a single register. No one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. I waited as they did whatever and then two walked away and the last person at the register grabbed a burger and sat down to eat in the lobby. Really??? Lucky for me, McDonald’s is right next door. I’d give them no stars but that isn’t an option. Take your business elsewhere!

Drive thru cashier had us wait 10 minutes before ordering then proceeded to have us wait for drinks. Not sure how that takes any longer than 30 seconds a cup. When we received our order we were charged for an extra large drink. When we told the cashier this they replied “so what do you want to drink?” We didn’t want a 3rd cup and didnt need more or to be charged. Instead of a refund he offered a small onion ring order. In addition there were no napkins, sauce or straws with our 20 minute order. He simply couldn’t get our orders right multiple times and kept yelling “HUH?!” over the microphone. Did not have a great experience here at all. Service was slow which is to be expected with the short staffing everywhere but there were multiple problems with our order and when we asked for them to be corrected, only one thing was fixed while our food sat getting cold. So we chose to just deal with it and not get what we paid for unfortunately.
