Food is alright, your typical fast food place but expensive even before the most recent inflation. I’d recommend taking your food to go cause inside isn’t all that clean. The area you order from is but if you sit at a table I would wipe it down first. There was dead flies all along the windows and the ground. In the 45 minutes we were there not once did I see a worker come out to wipe the tables after other customers left.

For an order with over $100 and nobody else in the line at the time you can’t spend an extra 5 -10 min just to check to make sure everything is there. I wasn’t full on yelling at the employee to hurry up.

This location needs to be upgraded, everything here is dated and run down. The store got rid of the self service drinks and fill your cup full of ice. there is not much to drink. I wish their parking spaces were a little wider so it would be easier to get in and out of the cars. The food is fair, better than some others. Use the coupons that come in the Midweek and save some money.

The bathrooms are locked and once me and my friend got a key, we were in there a very long time, and no one bothered us. But, it’s conveniently located near uh and easy access to the freeway and gas stations. Getting expensive for college students…

I’m not sure why this Bk has a low rating. I’ve been there 3 times this month. Every time the fries have been hot and fresh out the fryer. I use the drive through and every time I been I received fast service. The workers seem nice enough.

Very disappointing. This was a drive-through @ BK in Moiliili. I had difficulty communicating with both employees I came in contact with. The order taker and the cashier. 5 min later when I opened the bag I first found that my order was wrong. Also, the bread was not very fresh and the meat was hard and cold. The mozzarella sticks were warm, but the breading left a funky aftertaste. My drink had too much ice and not so much soda. like I said, very disappointing .☹
