Food was cold 2 days in a row when I told them about it little concern said they would make sure this order was hot whoop whoop microwaved it sorry, I felt compensation for 2 $20 orders should of been there. Then same week house full of kids wanted to order 3 orders of mix and match two for $5.00 & was told NO COULDN’T only could order 2 at a time. However, they do not post this on their menu board. Very irritated, especially with kids at home, left went to McDONALD’S.

Pull to order screen in drive thru waited over 45 seconds before anyone said anything on their end. Ordered the special promotion “spider verse whopper” they have adverts plastered all around building yet after 45 seconds of dead air I am told ‘they don’t carry that anymore.’ Yet the Promotion ends in 3 weeks according to ads ON THEIR OWN BUILDINGS!! Have 2 kids that are really upset now so that’s appreciated. Would give ZERO stars if allowed.

My 2 oldest daughters are at home watching my wife and my 2 year old, so we pulled out and hurried home. Get home (literally across the highway) EVERYTHING was oldish. Onion rings were cold. Fries cold and soggy. My burger alone was semi warm the others were barely above cold. I won’t be going here again for some time. Sucks because I LOVE their onion rings. Sad story.

Drove through the drive-through less than a minute ago. Had to wait a decent amount of time because their systems were down which is no biggie but then after waiting and not being able to eat my food because it took so long and my break ended. I got the wrong order.
